Delete your account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Apparish and tap Me.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. The account and its data are erased right away.

What gets deleted

Your profile, sign-ins, sanctuary, progress, uploaded files, and purchase history. Spirits you captured leave your collection and go back to the map with no link to you.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your phone's subscription settings first.

We may keep limited records where the law requires it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can't open the app?

If you lost the phone or can't get back into your account, email us and we'll delete it for you. Tell us the Apple or Google email you signed in with, or your player name and invite code, so we can find the account. We may ask you to confirm it's yours, and we reply once it's gone.
